Would your child benefit from:
developing their attention span,
greater kindness for themselves and others,
and more awareness of their feelings, thoughts and choices in any moment?
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teaches practices to develop these qualities.
The Mindful Kids and Parents course involves meeting online once a week for 1 hr (kids and parents), followed by 1/2 hr optional for parents, for 8 weeks, and doing a short daily practice for the duration of the course. We will also meet once before the course begins for a technical session - to make sure you know how to connect and how to be heard.
